Customer service was excellent. Seller worked with me on returning the dress, which I only did due to the size. Seller also sent me multiple suggestions to try and accommodate. This dress is beautiful and amazing quality. The Pearl sleeves could be a little longer in the bigger sizes for those with bigger arms, but still beautiful! For those who are bigger-chested, make sure you measure before ordering!
